Samsung Galaxy S11 Tipped to Feature 9-to-1 Bayer Sensor on Its 108-Megapixel Camera |
Family leakster Ice Universe claimed that Samsung's next-gen 'Galaxy S11' smartphone could have a 108-megapixel sensor with 9-to-1 Bayer technology, and the current-generation 108-megapixel sensor has a 4-in. -1 is not seen. This means, even though this sensor will be able to shoot 108-megapixel photos, by default, it will shoot 12-megapixel photos. With this, the Galaxy S11 '108-megapixel camera will be ahead in clarity and details, especially in low light conditions compared to other Samsung smartphone cameras.
Additionally, Ice Universe showed the design of the phone in a separate tweet. GSMArena reported on Monday that the Galaxy S series is going to adopt the design of the A and M lineup with a huge rectangle in the upper left corner.
Earlier, the same leakster had claimed that Samsung's next-gen 'Galaxy S11' smartphone could be launched on February 18 at an event in San Francisco.
Samsung has been launching its flagship Galaxy handset ahead of Mobile World Congress in the last few years. The Galaxy S10 Series was unveiled on February 20, just before the Mobile World Congress and then began selling in early March.
Meanwhile, the South Korean tech giant is also expected to launch its clamshell foldable phone (which could be the Galaxy Fold 2) on the same date, GSMArena reported on Wednesday.
To recall, the Galaxy S11 range has been subject to considerable leaks in recent weeks.
An American tech blogger has claimed that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S11 smartphone will be available in three screen sizes - 6.4 or 6.2-inch smallest, 6.4-inch mid-size and 6.7-inch largest.
