PUBG Mid-Update Fixes Multiple Critical Bugs |
PUBG recently received a major 5.2 update, which added Spike Trap and PUBG Labs to the game. However, there were several bugs that were not fixed with this update. Therefore, the developers included these bug fixes through a mid-update to 5.2.
Issues that have been fixed are the official changelog for new mid-update highlights. See the changes below:
- Fixed visual issue when picking up a spike trap in FPP.
- Fixed issue where players could take less damage by being hit by a motorbike.
- Fixed issue to boost or heal objects from the observer's point of view when in use.
- Fixed issues where the waypoint markers of the observer are not visible.
- These improvements were combined with a regular maintenance activity by the developers. The latest update is the most notable improvement regarding the spike trap. Players can set spike traps to puncture the tires of their enemy's vehicles.
PUBG has been getting rid of randomly closed boxes since 18 December. Random boxes purchased using BP will no longer contain closed boxes.
