OnePlus 8 Lite Leak-Based Renders Show Dual Rear Camera, Centre-Aligned Hole Punch |
OnePlus is reportedly set to jump on the 'band light' bandwagon following in the footsteps of Samsung, as the South Korean electronics giant launched the Galaxy Note 10 Lite and Galaxy S10 Lite. After the upcoming OnePlus 8 and it's Pro Sibling went online, 360-degree video of the alleged leak-based CAD render and OnePlus 8 Lite has leaked. The OnePlus 8 Light Show features a hole-punch camera centered at the top, which resembles the Samsung Galaxy Note 10. Apart from this, a dual rear camera is also shown on the phone.
OnePlus 8 Lite render and 360-degree video came in collaboration with 91Mobiles courtesy of @OnLeaks. The phone is shown showing a dual rear camera setup housed in a large black module. In addition, the gradient blue finish on the OnePlus 8 Lite bears some resemblance to the OnePlus 7T's glacier blue paint job. The camera sensors are accompanied by a laser autofocus module, while the LED flash sits at the bottom.
On the front, the OnePlus 8 Lite is shown sporting a center-mounted hole-punch, a design different from the position of the left-hand corner of the hole-punch on the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. The OnePlus 8 Lite features a flat display, which will measure between 6.4 inches and 6.5 inches. The phone will have a USB Type-C port, but a 3.5mm headphone jack is absent.
The dimension of OnePlus 8 Pro is 159.2x74x8.6 mm. Renderers do not show a physical fingerprint sensor, which suggests that the OnePlus 8 Lite will be equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor. So far, other details such as the build of the processor at its heart, the megapixel calculation of the camera sensor, and the battery capacity are still under wraps. According to the launch timeline of OnePlus, it is safe to assume that the OnePlus 8 Lite is a few months away from launch.
