Pokémon Go Reportedly Getting an Improved Buddy System |
An upcoming update to Pokémon Go will reportedly feature a revised Buddy system. Over the weekend, the game began receiving a new update that includes some quality of life improvements and bug fixes. However, the description does not contain everything that has been added with the new update. Pokémon Go data miners have uncovered an improved buddy system, which will allow players to feed, feed and play pets with their Buddy Pokémon.
According to the data miners, the upgraded Buddy system will include a new एफeffect 'mechanic that will allow the Buddy Pokemon to provide varying levels of emotion. Actions such as walking, battling, clicking a picture, and taking care of the big Pokémon will help you achieve the Perfection Point. Over time the emotion level will also decrease where the Buddy Pokémon start hating their trainer.
Buddy Pokemon can also make raids, quests, and random fandom in the wild. The big Pokemon will also continue to grow in CP as it grows with its trainers and gives gifts and souvenirs to the trainer. Better buddy systems can allow large Pokemon to participate in quests and track player stats.
Currently, Niantic has not provided any details about when the upgraded Buddy system will go live in Pokémon Go.
