Justice League original director Zack Snyder of 2017 has revealed the original look of Willem Dafoe on Valco.
Justice League: Zack Snyder Reveals Original Look for Willem Dafoe's Vulko

Comicbook reports reveal that Justice League appears as another bid in Warner Bros.'s campaign to drop the original Snyder cuts. The snipers themselves have been a vocal advocate for the release by introducing such snippets, with the support of some of the film's stars including Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, and even Joe Manganiello.

Snyder revealed the shots on Vero and showed Valko how he was portrayed in Aquaman. Willem Dafoe sports very chunky armor and has long hair. Snyder captures the post "This guy is awesome in the film", which should be a nod to the Justice League's Snyder cut as Duff's scenes were cut from official release when Joss Whedon took over.

He then shared another image referencing this shot of Vulko, where he appears to be having some discussion with the shirtless Aquaman, played by Jason Momoa and who also saw the Snyder cut and believes That is what fans want as well.

Snyder posted another shot of Vulko, this time standing with the other Atlantic including mine.

Unfortunately for those supporting the movement, it does not appear that the Justice League has any plans to release the Snyder cut, as other reports state that this cut of the film is not even finished
