Jamtara Trailer: Its Cops vs Boys in Netflix’s Next Indian Series |
Netflix has released the second and final trailer for Jamtara, its next original series from India set in the Andheri underbelly of a well-known village in the state of Jharkhand, known as the phishing capital of India. It gives us a glimpse into the main narrative, which includes a group of young men - including Sparsh Srivastava (Shake It Up) and Anshuman Pushkar (Kapo) - who are pulling the phone fishing scam putting the spotlight on the small town. The new police chief of Jamtara (Aksha Pardasani) takes it upon himself to eliminate the threat, while the local masters (Amit Sial) bring the crooks to his wing in exchange for a cut.
