Akshay Kumar is one of the highest-grossing actors of Bollywood today. They have worked hard to reach this level. There was a time in the 90s when he was doing whatever work he was doing. In fact, he has given a lot of flop films but is still going through a difficult time. He has been multi-faceted, has performed well in action, comedy, romance, and WhatsApp. His best times came after 2000 when most of his films performed well. He also became the choice of top directors.
He became an assurance of good business. Today many directors are alive just because of Akshay's name. The biggest example is Sajid Khan, who makes nonsense films because of Akshay Kumar. Akshay Kumar has not started working in films related to social issues, which is another feather in his cap which has increased his demand. His film Toilet-Ek Prem Katha performed well. Now he is ready with another reality-based film called "Padman". Can't say that he is the best actor but he is definitely an amazing actor.
